Our Take:
One of the oldest card shops in the Twin Cities, I first stumbled across The Ballpark probably 20+ years ago when I lived in Eagan–I only really visited one time back then, as it was mostly vintage, and that wasn’t my focus at the time (although it is when I realized that what I collected as a kid was entering into the conversation as vintage, as I think I spotted a Lawrence Taylor rookie while I was there). I stopped by again when I started this project, and while the store is smaller than I remember it being, there’s still an awesome amount of stuff packed in. While not super active online, the owner was a super nice guy–definitely a card shop to check out at some point when you’re in the south metro.
